All products sold by We Do Stuff come with a 6-month guarantee from the date of purchase. If your item is defective or malfunctions within this period due to a manufacturing fault, we will offer a replacement or repair at no cost.
Defective or Damaged Items: If your product develops a fault within 6 months of purchase, please contact us at info@wedostuff.store with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as applicable.
Incorrect or Faulty Items on Arrival: If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund upon verification.
Non-Defective Returns: If you change your mind, you may return unused and unopened products within 14 days of purchase. Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply.
